British foreign correspondent and author Robert Fisk comments on '50/50 journalism' when skewed 'balance' obscures the truth in the Middle East.

He says journalists ought to be objective and unbiased - "on the side of those who suffer".

Fisk was speaking at a Pacific Media Centre seminar at AUT University, Auckland, on 9 September 2008.

He was in New Zealand on a promotion tour organised by Amnesty International for his recent book, The Age of the Warrior.
